| Shipping Policy:
When receiving shipment, be sure to inspect all packages for
damage before signing to accept the machines. All freight
shipments are curbside delivery to the back of the truck. Inside
delivery and lift gate are available for an extra cost. If there is
any damage to the machine or packaging, be sure that you make a
note of it on the proof of delivery receipt. If the damage is not
noted it will make it difficult to file a freight claim.
Freight claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. If
there is damage to the merchandise, the purchaser must file a
freight claim within 15 days of receiving the equipment. Packing
materials must be retained for inspection. Average
delivery time is between 2 to 4 week. 
Return Policy:
Customer has 30 days from date of order to return item. There
will be a 25% restocking fee assessed to all returned items.
Purchaser agrees to pay freight/shipping on all returned items.
Returned items must be in like new condition. Any damage to
returned machines would result in additional fees. All returns are
exchanged for equal or lesser value equipment and/or Arrow Vending
Credit. If the value of the returned item is less than the value
of the item it is being exchanged for, purchaser must pay any and
all additional costs. No cash refunds will be awarded.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping arrangements back to
Manufacturer of origin unless otherwise agreed upon by both
parties. Arrow Vending will provide customer with a return
authorization number to be used to verify the returned items prior
to shipping returned equipment. Any equipment without an RA number
will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's
expense.
Warranty Information:
All machines and products are backed and governed by
the manufacturer’s full warranty. All warranty situations will
be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put
forth by the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been
placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire
amount less a 10% cancellation fee. We do not accept returns or
exchanges on replacement part orders.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the
incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the charge.
Product Availability:
We cannot guarantee product, thus, these items may
not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right,
without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease
to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If
there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel
your order.
Taxation:
All Illinois customers will be charged 8.50% sales
tax. All other U.S. customers will not be charged taxes. |
